We’re Kaleb and Oliver — two 24-year-olds with nearly a decade of friendship, grit, and hands-on experience under our belts. Our story started in high school, where we bonded over a shared love for working on cars. That passion for fixing things and doing the job right followed us into the world of apartment maintenance, where we sharpened our skills and built a reputation for reliable, honest work.
Now, we’re taking the next step by privatizing our services and building something of our own. There is no job too small for KO, but should a project need additional expertise such as an electrician or plumber, KO partners with vetted vendors who provide exceptional service.

The KO Team will provide an accurate quote before services as well as a detailed invoice after services are completed. As all jobs vary, and supplies needed depend on the task, we cannot provide an accurate estimate without project knowledge.
